Part was there paid for same day collection. Great from beginning to end. Thank you folks you have saved me alot of time and trouble. (Nearly two years of Covid) I really don't understand why you no longer have a customer collection counter (Covid safe) like every other motor factor has. TPS used to be great but what's the point of this company when it refers customers to main dealers for brake caliper bolts.Friday 14th January 2022
djas macco1 StarOrdered a driveshaft, different prices every day. When ordered was a price, when collected was more.
The driveshaft was £400, after paying that amount, they didn't supply the end bolt, which is one time use only!
Also, my car's part number was example "abc123", on the receipt part number was different "abc122" and in the box was another number that was "abc121" for example.
Moreover the shaft seems stuck, feels like it cannot bend from joints, the bearing inside feels stuck and grinding, with all force applied it doesn't bend only on multiple attempts.
Will return for refund or supplying the correct part, is just that I had to cancel my garage appointment and now car is parked.Thursday 11th July 2019
