waqas saddique1 StarI was visiting UK from USA and stopped by this store to purchase a drone for my nephew as a gift. The manager informed me that it was a preowned drone but was never used. I trusted managers word for it and purchased it without inspecting all the contents inside the box. When I got home, the usb charging cable required to charge the drone battery was missing from the package. I went back to the store the next day and the manager informed me it was not their fault and they don’t take back returns for preowned items. She told me that she inspected the drone before putting it up for sale. She didn’t even bother to accept her fault for not properly inspecting all the contents to make sure everything was included. She didn’t even ask me to replace the drone with something else in the store for equal value. I am not sure how long this place can stay in business with such shady practices.
My nephew was devastated. I could not purchase the charging usb cable from any local store which meant that the drone was basically useless.
Pathetic customer service. I will never be back to this store and will recommend everybody to stay away from this store.Wednesday 1st June 2022
