Just popped into this branch after calling yesterday for the bits I need to be put aside. A guy called Nigel could not do enough to advise me and assist. Customer service like this doesn't really exist much anymore. Top class Topps Tiles, and Nigel needs a payrise 👌

Just picked up my order via click and collect. Great management around Covid rules and brilliant customer service by Peter who put everything straight in to my car (and chatted dogs - which is always the way to my heart - and unusual surnames). They also called me to get an estimate of time so everything could be ready. Thanks so much, great experience.

My friend and I where in Toolstation purchasing some items and were parked in the shared car park besides Toolstation and tops tiles, my friend left before I had finished getting my goods from Toolstation, upon exiting Toolstation and walking around the corner I heard the manager from tops tiles who even stated he was the manager asking my Indian friend why he was "lurking" in the car park when he was sitting in his car waiting for myself, this is unprofessional behaviour by the manager and I couldn't help but feel this was due to his ethnicity as his car was the only one to be approached and he wasn't even parked in the tops tiles spaces! I'm extremely disappointed and will be contacting head office
