They cancelled my order 1 day before the delivery citing 1 set of tiles were out of stock, even tho I ordered three weeks ago.
The other tiles ordered (completely different style and in stock) were not delivered as they can’t “part deliver”.
So basically I gave this company £500+ to do nothing. They didn’t even deliver the tiles they had in stock. No advanced warning. Now I need to source new tiles very quickly.
I’d say you lost a customer, but I don’t think I qualify as one as you couldn’t even offer me a single tile!

I've been in several times over the last couple of months hoping to get tiles for my new bathroom, I was first met by dave the store manager who's knowledge about on trend looks was fantastic, I took samples away that day to see what would work in my new bathroom, upon my second visit I returned my samples with a young man called Dan, I was unsure on what I wanted and worked for me so Dan lead me to the tile my home app which is fantastic, I sat at home on the website using the app and found that regal grey was the tile for me after having the discussion with Dan in store at the display. On my third visit I met Andy and Jess who were both very helpful in placing my order and getting a delivery sorted, both were amazing, my tiles were delivered on time with no issues, All in all a Topp ( excuse the pun) experience will definitely be coming back for my kitchen in the new yearWednesday 22nd September 2021
