I used the Sittingbourne branch over weekend for first time (screwfix is usually my go to). There was a small cue but I'd expect that to be honest. There was an older lady in front of me who was served by a guy who was amazing! You could tell she didn't feel that comfortable in a very male dominated environment and he put her at ease very quickly, calling her glamorous and then helped her by being informative but not patronising (she left with a smile on her face and had what she needed). He then served me and all I can say is he was so helpful, I'm not a plumber so I needed alittle help and he was great and knew his stuff! Great customer service given by Jim , a real credit to the branch, I will be back for sure 😊
