Avi Kolapo5 StarI ordered a wheelbarrow on click and collect and 15 mins later it was ready. When I got to the store and given the wheelbarrow it was handed a box. I was vocally surprised as I've only known them to come fully assembled. My slight disappointment was noted by the staff and who I believe was the manager asked one of the staff to put it together for me. A gesture they didn't have to make. I was very humbled by their level of customer service. The guy took the box into the back and 20 mins later was a fully assembled wheelbarrow. He even wheeled it to my car and put it in my boot for me. I'm absolutely over the moon. I can't believe what wonderful team they are. They really went above and beyond for me. I thanked them to which the manager responded "if we can do that little bit extra to make a customer happy why wouldn't we". A true wonder, the lot of them. Thanks again!Tuesday 17th May 2022
Letchworth Green House1 StarLetchworth toolstation. Arrived at 3.30pm Sunday, assistant at first refused to look up if they had item, even though she had nothing to do. I said I thought that's what you had a computor for!? . Said she didn't know what a security screwbit was, I said why not ask your computer? Then said there's loads of them. In the end i looked up on my phone. Clearly very annoyed anyone had the audacity to ask for help and had shutdown working half an hour before the shop closed. When I said I wished I'd gone to Screwfix, she LAUGHED so I said always get help there. Thanks a lot Lynne.Sunday 10th April 2022
