stanboi88 Smith1 StarTerrible customer service. After waiting in the queue a member of staff served the customer in front of me. I then stepped forward to the counter and I was completely ignored and she proceeded to serve another customer who arrived some time after me. No acknowledgement, nothing. A pointless member of staff who is just going through the motions with no customer focus. I will not use this branch again.Thursday 12th May 2022

I thought it about time I let them know how pleased I am with their excellent service - hence this review.
