Waited an hour and a half for our main course! I would not recommend this restaurant to my family and friends. Food was good but it seemed that the staff didn’t know what they were doing. Maybe they had no manager that night. Took ages to take our order then the starter came quite quick because we ordered only olives and potato bravas for two. Then we waited an hour for our main course. I complained and they said it was just coming but then served two other tables food before us. The other two tables had sat down and ordered after us. They offered us 4 tequila shots on the house but 2 off us were driving, one didn’t drink and the other didn’t like tequila! They put music on after we sat down but they staff were just picking out the songs they liked. A song would start to play for about 10 seconds then they would skip to the next one if they didn’t like it. Very unprofessional!

I visited Toluca restaurant this evening with my wife and 2 children, from start to finish it was exceptional. Food was fantastic, service from all staff including the manager was spot on. Definitely worth a visit. Thanks James

Been twice, both on a Saturday, and the food is really good. The margaritas are excellent also. Staff are always attentive and friendly. One star lost for how loud the flipping music is. I'm not an old fogey, I'm not against fun. But this is an 8x5m cube and the (undoubtedly talented) lad is belting out pop covers with two stack amps with the objective of vibrating your very molecules. Los Banditos don't want you to listen to Viva La Vida by Coldplay, they want the sound waves to imprint themselves into your brain like a tattoo, so that you can see the lyrics when you go to sleep at night. Any enjoyment of the food should be shouted over the guitarist, til your voice is hoarse, so that you never forget how much you liked the burrito. It's just an utterly baffling decision for the most popular night of the week to be drowned out by a resident musician in the name of "atmosphere". Do you know when other bars put on musicians? Tuesdays, Wednesdays - days when you want to draw a crowd on a quiet night, because otherwise you'll be empty. Let the ones who want to develop tinnitus go on a specific day. Please don't let it be Saturday.

Fabulous Evening Went out for an early tea with my family and we all had a lovely evening, the staff where very attentive and friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. The food was lovely lots of choice I had a mixed gyro kebab which I ended up taking half home as it was so yummy I couldn’t waste it. The atmosphere was fab lots of happy smiley faces which was really refreshing after a busy week. My little lad loved his fajitas and Oreo milkshake. I would def recommend this place it’s a hidden gem in Lichfield I have booked to go back at the end of the month for a friends birthday.
