Tom had a terrific way with my elderly mother who suffers from dementia. He was very calm and patient, and happy to explain everything to her, even if it has to be explained many times! He was also brilliant at explaining everything to me so that we could work together to decide on a way forward. Sadly the joint decision was that mum won't benefit from continued physio support, but I take it as a positive that Tom was able to explain this fully and didn't try to push us to carry on for the sake of carrying on. He was also very quick to respond to my initial request and very flexible when it came to organising physio sessions. I would strongly recommend

When TMH Physiotherapy became a part of our lives after the two strokes my partner suffered 18 months ago ( June 2020), it was like a hand extending to grab us out of the dark. The knowledge Tom has is phenomenal. He knows every muscle and fibre of the body, how it works and why. He continues to impress us with his flexibility/ ability to adapt to my partners needs and also continues to aid progress with my partners recovery. We look forward to the sessions and we definitely know that without his invaluable expertise, we would not be in such a positive position in the recovery. Invaluable- worth every penny.

Well what can I say, Tom is such a wonderful young man, his knowledge and professionalism is second to none. I don't know where I'd be now without the amazing physio abilities and his caring ways. He really is passionate about his job and his patients well being. I rang Tom after waiting for weeks and weeks for an NHS appointment for physio Tom got me in almost straight away even though he was struggling for appointment as he was so busy. Tom not only gave me amazing treatment he also gave me confidence and such wonderful encouragement . I had such a bad leg injury which was pinned and pulled the consultant told me it was so severe it would take 12 months for me to walk again . After 5months of physio with Tom I am walking around the house without crutches and can walk outdoors with one crutch. By Christmas I should be able to walk further distance with out any walking aids. This is all thank to Tom I carnt recommend him enough

My mum had a fall and fractured her hip and needed an operation with pins and a plate. Once mum was discharged, I approached Tom and he came and undertook an initial assessment. He was very thorough with his assessment and explained the process, set a plan and also asked mum what her goals were and how they could achieve this together within the treatment plan. The sessions were delivered by Jess and Matt, who approached mum with kindness and care and maintained the utmost professionalism and dignity at all times. They had so much patience and really encouraged mum to undertake exercises that she was apprehensive to do. We have nearly come to the end of the sessions and I can honestly say that without Jess and Matts help, mum would not be able to do the things she can do now. She is able to walk unaided without a stick in the space of three months of intensive sessions. Tom regularly kept in touch with me and re-evaluated the progress and goals at all stages throughout.
