We moved into our home over a year ago and recently started having some issues with our heating system. After a swift email to Tim, he came over to assess the situation and explained what needed doing. We thought we’d take the opportunity to upgrade our heating system to incorporate Hive and asked if this is something he could source and install for us, which he could. Just a couple of weeks later, Tim returned to fix the issues we’d been having and to install our new Hive system. He did a great job; he turned up when he said, he was efficient and reliable, leaving no mess behind. Excellent service and we will always use him in the future. Thanks Tim.

Tim was great! My boiler had an issue and would not turn off the heating but Tim came out really fast and repaired it within 2 hours so I’m very impressed. I would definitely recommend TJB heating.

Tim had taught me how to rrepressurise my boiler if I ever needed to (I didn't even know that was a thing) but almost a year later I couldn't remember how to do it. Was determined to do it on my own and not have to text him at gone 8pm. Watched all the YouTube videos but none of them had the same taps as mine. I caved and text him thinking I'd get a call the next day but less than five minutes later had a text back with simple instructions to follow and I had the boiler back up in running in less than a minute! He is super reliable, honest, and loves sharing his knowledge.
