Had to complain about the company organising to illegally pick up passengers directly outside my driveway, blocking access and stopping me from getting into my own driveway for over 20 minutes while passengers were boarding and driver was loading luggage knowing well that he was parked outside a private residence on a busy road causing traffic chaos and endangering road users and pedestrians alike. There is no bus stop in the vicinity and parking is not permitted on the road. The company obviously do not even care enough to respond to my complaint. The company has been emailed and if it happens again I will have no option but to contact the police. Furthermore, arranging pick ups in illegal locations, is encouraging holiday makers to use my driveway as a public car park and turning point, with some retuning seconds after being told it is private property and being asked to leave. I have attached a photo to provide evidence of this happening (the van is not my car but someone dropping off a holiday maker and returning after I advised it was private property and asked them to leave). With an attitude like this I wonder how badly organised their holidays are, and how many other unsuspecting and unrelated people are being affected by their bad management and organisation. I would keep well clear of this company!

Have just returned from my first coach tour 'Mystery Trip' and was very impressed! Mike the driver was very helpful and made sure that everything went smoothly! the places we visited were really interesting and some more beautiful than others, the hotel was wonderful 4* Spa, the rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff were wonderful, as was the food. For the price paid, the travel, hotel, and food alone, it was worth every penny! I will do it again.

We've just returned from a trip to Fermanagh in Ireland. The trip was made great by having a driver named Mike, who could not do enough to please you, the trip either way to and from Ireland went as smooth as silk.The Hotel was wonderful, the rooms were enormous, you could even watch T.V. while sitting in the bath,(yes even a a tele, in the bathroom). I could go on praising this trip all day but I must close now,but rest assured we will be going on more trips with Tittering's. Yours. Ron Lea
