They are always polite and friendly. Good value for money. I brought my boots in as one of the heels needed repairing. The guy asked me if I got them repaired there originally, I said yes. So he redid both heels free. I brought a watch in to get links removed 2 Sundays ago. The watch was cheap and the face fell off. I mentioned this when I went in last Sunday when I was getting a new battery fitted to another watch. Originally I was quoted £8.45. The guy said as I was in the week before he would reduce the cost to £5. It was also because I mentioned I bought this rubbish watch where the face fell off.
