Philip Grange1 StarSo after traveling 10 miles to collect our family meal of 3 chow meins we got home to just repulsive inedible food.
I rang and reported and was fobbed off.
Drove another 10 miles to return all meals to be greeted with no appoligies for the poor food,but did offer to refund well sort of ,because a few chips had been eaten it was put across that £1.50 would be charged.
Yup you heard right,not a full refund and a meal on the house a £1.50 charge ,and despite 25 years of loyal buying and 40 miles of wasted fuel.
I just can't believe the skanky tight fistedness of this shop and a total contemp towards customers.
Never never again will I open there door again.
At least they got to wear the remaining chips.
Never have I encountered such meanness ,I mean to charge for a hand full of chip eaten begs belief.Sunday 24th April 2022
