On a recent visit to Glastonbury my wife and I came cross the who'd of thought it and had lunch sitting in their courtyard garden and was so impressed with the food and friendly staff we went back twice more for evening meals. The food was excellent and service was great. I can highly recommend it if you are visiting the area.

Good food, pie was full of meat but pastry was dry which spoilt it....other food was great, polite and friendly staff, certainly would return.

A bit disappointed that no-one was rude to us, after reading a few other reviews. We stayed on Saturday night, arrived early, was in a room by 1pm...Everyone was polite, chatty and helpful. No noise heard from restaurant/bar downstairs or outside. Breakfast was well cooked including the poached egg ! Absolutely no concerns on returning.

Friendly, efficient staff and the freshest pub food I have ever had. Love the Dorset Gold real ale too.
