We needed a new fridge freezer quickly because our old one had died. We measured carefully but clearly not carefully enough because the first appliance we chose would not fit in the space by about 2 mm. Without a demur the delivery men took it away. We chose a second appliance. Sadly, it was not in stock but we chose to wait as we particularly wanted a 70cm wide fridge freezer. Our fridge space is awkward as the fridge sits on a plinth. (Don't ask!!!) No problem for the delivery men who now had to wait for me to find bricks for the front legs. All sorted - or so we thought. The appliance lasted 13 days. The engineer from The Wash House lost no time in organising a replacement. However, again, not in stock and we were told that we would have to wait a week as the manufacturer only delivered to The Wash House once a week. Fortunately, Colin at The Wash House managed to work his magic and a replacement was delivered after just 4 days. The delivery guys couldn't believe they were back again but did what they had to do without complaint. Exemplary service and should we need any other kitchen appliances The Wash House will be our first port of call.
