shaun Harrison5 StarI`ve not been well,since the separation from my wife,back in 2013.i`ve spent the last 7+ years as a recluse.Only venturing out at night to go food shopping.Due to my poor mental health,i have found it very difficult to mix with people.
After a recommendation from my doctor to push myself,get physically active,which,in turn may health with my mental health.I went to have a look.
First impressions.Friendly atmosphere.I was shown,all of the equipment,how the equipment works,and introduced to many of the friendly staff.
Anyway,long story short,i`m joining them next week.I will give it a go.Wednesday 11th May 2022
Davis5 Starmy son is seeing a personal trainer here .for army training. the gym and trainers are exceptional .dont like to give 5 stars out .but this gym deserves 5.just been back to start using the gym for myself.staff are great help .thay are starting spinning classes soon great stuffFriday 3rd November 2017
Hayden Thomas5 StarGreat gym! Lovely staff, real nice family feel to it. Has all of the equipment you could want and memberships are a reasonable price. Been coming here since September 2020 and will miss it when I move house soon. Would highly recommend.Monday 28th June 2021
Ben Boulton5 StarHands down the best gym around. None of the others even come close. The range of equipment is immense and always well maintained. The gym is always clean and tidy and all members clean down equipment after use. Friendly environment for working out for people of all abilities. Aalam Ameerul5 StarOne of the best gyms I have been to, the gym has a classic look with the necessary equipment for training, for instance, I was surprised to see a hack squat machine, you name and they got it.
It is not crowded and need not worry about wasting time and wait in a queue to use the equipment. Last but not least people at the counter are very friendly and easy-going. I am giving it a 5 *.Saturday 31st July 2021
