We chose Leanne to make our wedding cake and were super happy and comfortable with the process. Leanne spent time sketching and talking us through designs which was really helpful! Our cake was just what we wanted and tasted so good! Thank you Leanne!😊

We fell in love with Leanne’s beautiful cakes when we stumbled across her page and then Instagram feed. From the word go Leanne listened to our ideas and made suggestions which led to our absolute cake of dreams!! We had three tiers (one lemon, one chocolate and one Victoria sandwich). We asked for a couple of slices to be kept back for those that couldn’t make it and lucky we did as there was no cake left, which speaks volumes of just how delicious the cake was!! Thank you once again Leanne for creating such a beautiful cake that was beyond all our expectations!

I contacted Leanne in August 21, re. a wedding cake. She told me to save the date it was £35. I paid, and requested an invoice or receipt for the save the date payment. Never received - i sent 3 more messages asking for a receipt over the space of 2 weeks, then got a response saying i'd receive a receipt the next day. It then got to end of October - still no receipt, despite two further requests via message and two ignored phonecalls. Asked about adding favours - no response. I got to 5 months before my wedding (she had said consults should happen 6 months before) - and messaged asking how to book a consultation in, no response and two further ignored phone calls over this time, I gave up in Feb 22 and asked for my £35 back and to release the date - she asked me why and i said i found it really difficult to contact her. Cue some really unprofessional responses from her, being downright rude to be honest, was told the £35 was non-refundable as per her 'terms and conditions' that i was never given (shocker). I know from her instagram stories i wasn't the only one to cancel that week for the same reasons. I imagine she makes a fair bit of cash from keeping people's £35 'save the dates' and then not responding for months on end. I found a new cake maker who responded in a timely manner to all queries and sent out cake samples the same day - she made me a beautiful cake for my July 22 wedding. I can't comment on Leanne's cakes, i never got to try one. They are beautiful looking for sure. The customer service and attitude has prompted me to leave the only review i've ever left.

My friend ordered a cake her baby's christening- which looked the part. The decoration of the cake was perfect. However the cake was raw in half the cake meaning it was completely inedible. She offered to refund 50% of a cake costing over £100 and then only refunded £37. When questioned she laughed and begrudgingly refunded the rest after trying not too. I think Leanne's behaviour and customer service is absolutely disgusting. Would not recommend unless you wanted a cake to look nice but not be eaten 🙃

Absolutely disappointed with Leanne’s behaviour. Completely unprofessional. Upon enquiring about further sample, she sent a completely unprofessional voice note and did not reply for 2 weeks when I offered to pay for the samples. I had to eventually find someone new to make the wedding cake and was refused the deposit back. Do not recommend. Caused unnecessary stress and last minute changes for someone new to provide a wedding cake.
