First class attention throughout. Car broke down in Bournemouth and transported by Green Flag agent (superb man). Garage forewarned and waiting, we were returned to where we are staying and collected when the car was ready. Shown the replaced parts (a first). Fair price and a true gent. Last day of holiday and car lost power. Found Nick on-line. Nick repaired the car in record time. Spent time showing me what work had been done and even contacted me in the evening to ensure we got home safe. The service we received was OUTSTANDING. Thank you. Very highly recommended.

Where do I start with these wonderful people? I just returned to London from a weekend away in Swanage. Just as I arrived in Swanage on the Friday, my car started having all sorts of problems and was constantly losing power when I was accelerating and it was jumping around whilst idling. I looked up garages in the area, found Nick's place and got in touch. Nick and his wonderful wife were actually away on holiday at the time, yet still took the time out to contact me to get as much information as they could about the issue with the car and how long I was around for. I thought it had fixed itself and was going to try to drive it home on Monday, so explained that I wouldn't bother taking it to the garage in Swanage. Of course, 5 minutes into my return Journey to London, the issues came back and this time the engine light came on. I managed to get the car back to Nick's garage. They were completely booked out for the entire week, but thanks to their years of experience of working for Vauxhall, they immediately diagnosed the issue without even needing to check the car (of course Nick then promptly checked the car to confirm this was the case and was correct), ordered the new part needed and had my car back on the road within 2.5 hours! 2.5 hours from breakdown to full part replacement, in a small town like Swanage. Incredible! My review does not do justice to how accommodating, friendly, caring and helpful they were throughout the entire process. They saved me from a huge headache and my car drove beautifully back to London without any issues. If you ever have car issues, please contact Nick Taylor's garage. They are wonderful people and will do their best to take care of you. P.s. The price was extremely reasonable and they even refused my attempt to tip them. Thank you both so much!!

I was in a rush to get a battery change, the battery was order the evening I called and replaced the next morning. Best and most reasonable garage in Swanage!
