Mary Walkerman4 StarMy husband and I come for our Sunday lunch regularly. The food was excellent! However, over the past 6 months or so has not been worth the money! The portions have become much smaller! The decor of the pub was spacious but has now come over crowed with more tables. We are usually served by a very pleasant young lady who we have seen there for a couple of years. She always goes out of her way to make sure we have a wonderful experience. The barmaid who has also worked at The Swan for a few years is also a lovely, polite girl! Both girls are a credit to the pub! I sure do hope this pub improves, but it was a much friendlier better pub when owned by the previous owners.Wednesday 15th May 2013
Male_Kat5 StarThis has become our lunch place, they have a very nice place (outside and inside), a very nice and gentle staff, good food and of course drinks.
We had something different from the menu every single time we went there and always get satisfied. Fully recommended... but we only try it during the weeks on Friday so not sure about how it is during the weekends.Friday 24th June 2022
Jack Daniels5 StarThis is probably the best hotel I have stayed in. I stayed for an Avenged Sevenfold concert and they were very welcoming. I stayed in a family room on the top floor, The carvery in the evening was excellent, it was £5.69 for a kingsize (Pretty much all you can eat)
The room it's self was homely, it has two double bed one of which is a sofa bed. They provide everything needed in a room and The TV has a clock on it!
I know where I'm staying if I come to Birmingham again.
