We had a selection of clothes dry cleaned here, unfortunately one jacket was returned a completely different colour. When requesting a refund for the dry clean as unfortunately the jacket is no longer usable in the new shade of muted yellow, it was refused stating that we were wrong & the jacket was originally that colour. I would really recommend NOT using this dry cleaners, the customer service was awful & we’re left with a useless jacket.

What a brilliant example of an excellent business! A few weeks ago I took in my duvet to be cleaned. I thought it needed to be dry cleaned, but they knew their trade. The label was explained to me and it was laundered. Although I believed it to be a double duvet it turned out to be a king, but they generously only charged me for a double. When I collected it, it was given to me in a canvas hold-all, excellent for storage, and my elderly duvet had become like new again. Lovely staff and great service!

First time I've used the Stoke Dry Cleaners, they were very helpful, friendly and did a great job of my son's school blazer. They even sent me a message to remind me to collect it before the bank holiday. I'll be using them again.

If i could give 10 stars i would! Cannot thank Firas (I think gentleman who runs business) enough for his expert, professional advice and help with an item I had stained. I had ruined it and it is now looking like new 😀 after his care and attention. Many, many thanks I am so grateful and will not hesitate in coming to you for all cleaning in future.
