Don't be fooled by the surveyor, he fronts a shambolic company. First set of windows had to be replaced because they were more draughty than the ones they replaced. Still got issues with draughts. Handles don't match, and don't work. Terrible workmanship, hacked out old windows with no regard for the interior window reveals/cills; plastered silicone all over the frames and brickwork, broke off a large chunk of waterproof rendering. Rude fitters, no idea how to speak to customers, no regard for customers home. A terrible mistake!

Dave and his team were absolutely fantastic from the very outset. They offered a tour of their factory (which was taken up) and gave all the relevant options and associated costs. Day of fitting was like clockwork and the fitters were super friendly and professional. I will be coming back to this team to install new windows for the house in the coming year. I would have zero hesitation recommending this company and its people.

Fantastic work. New windows and a tiled roof for our conservatory. Makes such a huge difference as conservatory is now a secure extension of our living room. The fitters were excellent and tidied up everyday and nothing was too much trouble. All that for an excellent price too!
