Wouldn't even give one star don't send you're family here unless you want them to be neglected and not fed properly , you'll get told on there phone the persons okay and the next day you'll get a phone call saying there dying , this isn't just me who's had this experience either but sadly not everyone can leave a review

A elderly friend of mine had a life changing stroke almost 2 years ago and the care she receives at The Sands has been above and beyond. They have even advanced their technology to improve their residence experiences.

Physically abused my nan during her stay and didn’t have much to say when my mum came and removed her. All injuries photographed and confirmed by doctors to be caused by the actions described by my nan. Absolutely disgraceful staff who take advantage of the fact that some old people can’t defend themselves or remember being hurt by others. Don’t leave your relatives here if you care about them.

I would like to know where the care comes from. The last three months all day & all night a gentle man has been screaming out in agony or confusion consistantly all night long and most of the day i dont know what goes on but yhere's a level is there not 3 months straight now & all night so i would like to know what goes on u know who has a no. I can contact to have this sorted cruelty is not a nice thing?
