Our TV & appliance repair process

Repairguys are proud to be members of numerous Authorised Service Networks and adhere at all times to the requisite code of conduct. This includes showing photographic ID, attending your home in a liveried vehicle and keeping you informed by text message.

If your repair is chargeable, we request an inspection / diagnosis fee prior to work commencing, based on the type of product being repaired. This is deducted from your final invoice if the repair proceeds.

Quotations are provided at each stage of a repair, and we only carry out the work upon receiving your consent, ensuring that you remain in control throughout each stage of the repair process.

All of our quotations include VAT, or show it separately.

Absolutely rip off!!! They seem as a decent until they got your money. Then you will be served with a quote that is more expensive than a new device, not even saying that some of the faults diagnosed were wrong.( 4 out of 12 Samsung TV’s. From this 4, one of my colleagues who has a bit of knowledge manage to fix 3 of them without any new parts, that this guys were 100% sure that the main board is gone.) And the worst part about it is that they are Samsung approved repairers, is Samsung who I got them details from. I have raised and official complaint with Samsung but they said they will run it internally….. This is just my opinion based solely on this experience but my advise is : STAY AWAY!

2wks ago took DVD recorder to this establishment for repair. Was told it would be 3/4 days before they could look at it. Charged £45 upfront for this assessment, which would be deducted from any repair actioned. Fair enough. 4 days passed. Phoned for update. Told it would be looked at the following day. Several days later, after my attempting to phone with no answer, husband called in. Was told" on the bench"and we would be contacted later that day. Nothing. Totally fed up, called in today, 2 wks later, to pick up unit and ask for refund of £45. It was clear this item had not even been looked at. A total waste of our time and additional fuel costs to ourselves, had we not been in the area. Very poor customer service. One is not given any updates regarding time delays and it would seem half the time no one answers the phone. The only explanation offered was they are busy, and had a staff member off sick last week. It was also suggested "this is the way the world is these days " Not good enough Repair Guys Exeter, lucky to still be in business, with this type of attitude.

The engineer Scott has been a tremendous help, when I’ve been let down by manufacturers and retailers, he’s kept coming out, understanding my issue and helping me to get the issues resolved. Kudos to him 👍

This review purely on there driving. Attitude, arrogance and dangerous. Cutting up on a hgv to gain one place to only turn off shortly after. Gives me the bird for his troubles. What a great advertisement for the company.

Took my Toshiba 65” had it for 3 weeks in total. It’s come back worse than before, turning off and on for now 40 minutes at a time (I’ve recorded this and it’s dated) I’ve been told I need to book a new repair with d&g. Highly unacceptable when it’s not a new repair, it’s doing the same as it always did. If you’re with d&g insurance and they use this company, I’m urging you not to go through with the company and even just find another company and use d&gs pay and claim. Total waste of peoples time and money. Disgusting. I will upload a video shortly some how on trust pilot.
