Worse experience ever with the manager of this store. She is very rude and unprofessional and she refuses to help. I would suggest to think twice when you offer the management position to this kind of people. Tried to shop in the strore with my small dog and she refused to let me stay in the premises saying that only guide dogs are allowed. However when I checked online it says clearly that small dogs are allowed. I also tried to call the store twice before I made my way in here, to check, but nobody answered. Another member of staff was rolling his eyes while I was having the conversation with this lady that pretended to be the manager. She also refused to tell me her name. Very unprofessional. Do not recommend to come ever to this branch as the staff are unbelievable.👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Looking for help from staff? You’ll be lucky. Check out staff? I don’t know what I did to offer him but he wasn’t exchanging pleasantries with me. The staff walk off as soon as you look at them. The quality of the goods is shockingly bad; so it’s probably a good than no one helped me as i would have ended buying something. Thinking of shoplifting? Then I would imagine this shop is ideal because no one is going to speak to you to stop you.

I used to regularly shop there, but not anymore. When bought, any sign about it needs ironing were not visible. Watford store. I'll buy from another retailer instead.

Great place to visit, window blinds and general domestic products bought . Only gave 4 stars as they don't stock dishwasher salt. Certainly start our shopping here as very reasonable.
