Did not rate the rooms as we did not stay there we only called for drinks. But very friendly staff. The best drink i have had in Dawlish. Clean and tidy. I would make it my local if i lived here

Visiting family down dawlish and fancied a drink. Popped into this pub situated down an alley just a stone throw away from the railway station. We received a warm welcome from who i guess were the landlady and landlord. It was nice to walk into a local pub and seeing everyone enjoying themselves. Everyone in the pub were friendly. Unfortunately we only stayed for 2 drinks as we had young children with us but we will have a drink in there again when we visit dawlish

People nice, rooms basic digs, a bit nippy in the winter. Nice bar, beautiful looking building. Land lord and land lady extremely down to earth and extremely helpful
