Duncan Bowins1 StarMade an order a couple of months ago for the first time and the pies were absolutely fantastic. Made another order last month and after paying a month ago , nothing has arrived and I’ve had no reply from Radfords despite numerous contact attempts. Emails and messages don’t get a reply so I’m both out of pocket and really hungry now. Really disappointed in such poor service after really enjoying the pies first time round.Monday 15th August 2022

Jennifer Clegg1 StarOrdered £30 worth of pies beginning of July, a month later still didn't have anything until a neighbour came and knocked on my door with a box of mouldy pies that had been left behind his bin for almost 2 weeks! Delivered to an incorrect address due to their error in creating the shipping label. Absolutely impossible to get hold of anybody within this business. Really, really disappointed! You would have thought for a family & business in the public eye they would have top notch customer service!Wednesday 31st August 2022
John Dunlop5 StarWow! Fantastic pies. The chicken and gammon pies were amazing! I’ll definitely have them again. The steak and mushroom was also nice. All pies filled to the brim and nice crispy pastry. I knew there was a wait for them, it says so on the website when I ordered, but they were totally worth the wait!
