He is very experienced and overcame a number of issues for us which ultimately lead to a successful sale. There were several occasions where he went over and above what we might have expected, in driving around Brighton to get a crucial piece of paperwork signed by a number of parties, when we were not in a position to do so. They helped organise all the relevant certification and the turn around time from instructing them to having tenants in was very quick.
The flat tour software they used was great, really quick and simple with good results.
