Helen Gallagher1 StarIf I could no stars I would. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Website difficult to navigate. When offered feedback asked what he was supposed to do and asked me to write his website to make it clearer. Told me it was because I was female as he doesn’t have this problem with men and then advised me to go back to vista print. Words cannot express how disgusting this man’s attitude was. Gemma McDermott5 StarAfter deciding to do my wedding stationary myself, it turned out to be a little daunting. I emailed The Printing Works to see if they could help.
I feel Dessy has literally gone above & beyond to make the experience easy for me. She spent time promptly emailing me answering my questions & then explaining in detail everything in person too.
Fantastic customer service, high quality products & reasonable prices.

These guys are SUPER Helpful and efficient with all my print jobs.
Quality is always 10/10.
The Staff offer a well of knowledge when deciding paper types & sizes etc.
The company also offers a sensational range of printed products!

Desi was so helpful throughout the whole process and gave me recommendations and advise on what would look best, not to mention how friendly she was. Initial contact via email, which was responded really quickly and useful.
Asked for advise on options and then went into store. All covid safe and such a easy, informative and helpful service.
Decided on print with guidance from store. Ordered online which offered me a 15% discount.
Which they told me in store, as was going to pay in store.
Able to collect same day. Kept me informed of process and to check order.
