On summer day, great place to meet for beer or two. Varied ales, lagers and ciders. Most pints at £5+. Plenty parking, view over Portsmouth dockyard. Bagels and Yorkshire pudding filled with various filings.

Always a pleasant and enjoyable beer, or two, normally more. Lovely outside space and great to relax either on your own or with friends. The foods pretty good too.

Wow, what a little gem of a place. Off the beaten track next to the Explosions museum. Craft beers, ciders, with wines and soft drinks available as well. Wife was able to drive her mobility scooter into the pub and into the beer garden that over looks portsdown hill, Porchester Castle, the water and views of the aircraft carriers in the naval dockyard. Dog friendly too. Tried the hot dogs while we were here, tasty and filling. Even brought some cans home for later.

This modern bar in an historic harbour side site at Priddys Hard is welcoming, with a relaxed friendly atmosphere and feels clean spacious and safe. Outside are comfy seats overlooking the beautiful harbour and at the front are picnic benches on the grass by the Explosion museum of naval firepower. I think there’s great assortment of spirits soft drinks and wines from small producers and artisan beers including their own local powder monkey beers. They also do a small but I thought different and good range, of hot snacks with vegan options.

Really good beer. So much choice and all brewed locally. Loads of seating, both inside and out all with lovely views. Food simple but excellent. Will be going back.
