I placed an order for a couple of sugar free Easter eggs and unfortunately did not receive them. I contacted a couple of members of the team and unfortunately one of the eggs ordered was then out of stock, however the amazing members offered me an alternative along with the other egg I had ordered. This was done earlier this week and has arrived today. I cannot thank them enough for sorting the issue, THE BEST customer service I have ever experienced ANYWHERE. Koss Abu Zahra5 StarI'm not diabetic but close so decided I need to go sugar free. Been using another brand of chocolate, well if you can call it that they were horrible. Came across Pod thought would try couple of bars. All I want is chocolate that tastes like chocolate. These ones ordered from pod are amazing, so yummy. Will now switch to buying from Pod. Jean Findell5 StarI was late ordering the Valentine's luxury chocolate box. I was suprised and thrilled when it arrived the next day. It was beautifully presented and friend that it was for said it was absolutely delicious. He liked it so much he asked me to hide it lol
