Charlotte Smith1 StarIf there I could rate this place as a 0 then I would . Absolutely terrible customer service . Management there are absolutely shocking and rude to customers . They expect you to pay a charge for treatment when you can’t attended as you have a family emergency. Staff should be trained to speak on the phone and to let customers know if there is a charge to treatment if you do not attend. I will not be going back to pamper pot again. It’s just a typical business and they just want your money.Tuesday 11th October 2022
