Appalling service to say the very least. Popped in for a hair cut and sat waiting for my turn. No eye contact or greeting as I walked in. After about 4 minutes one of the barbers asked if I made a booking to which I said no as walk ins are tolerated here. She then said to me no space and that’s it. Nothing more nothing less. Unbelievably rude. I will never go back. The place was filthy with a drink spilled on the floor and no one seemed bothered. Basic customer service skills are clearly absent. PS- My experience had nothing to do with less staff levels. The shop wasn’t busy at all. I went in around 6.25pm taking into account your normal closing time being 8.00pm. After 4-5 minutes I was simply told no space. That’s beyond unacceptable. A simple gesture like hello wouldn’t cost them money. A basic lack of respect was what was missing. It’s not extra staff you need but to train your current staff some customer service and get a grip.

Nothing less than 5* for this place. Owner is friendly, great customer service, haircuts are exceptional and CLEAN! I'm very partuparti with my trim, need a good skin fade and scissor trim on top and the guy does is sick.
