The process of registering as a carer was straight forward and only took few days to complete all checks. I have also met several carers during handover who are lovely and kind.

I needed live-in care for my mother who had challenging and complex needs due to dementia. My experience with The Live in Care Company was excellent from the start. The benefit of this company, ran by a few people, is that they knew me, my mum and her situation. When I phoned, I spoke directly to one of the directors. This personal touch was invaluable. They readily listened to my concerns and understood the issues I had regarding getting the right carer for mum but I felt reassured by them that they would provide the right carer to look after her and that’s exactly what happened! Kessie was the perfect match for mum. She provided her with the care, kindness and empathy that mum needed to help her remain where she wanted to be, at home, for the last year of her life. The carer arrived and fitted in straight away. Within four days of our call my mother was back in her own house and receiving first rate care. A huge pressure was taken off the family.
