An amazing experience from check in to department. My Daughter and her bridal party all stayed here. Without exception the whole experience was faultless. The in house restaurant " Luigi's" was also on point. On behalf of my Daughter and all of us, thanks for an amazing few days.

I stayed here with my bridemaids the night before my wedding last month. From enquiring until we left this hotel was amazing. The bridal suite was absolutely stunning and the minibar was a lovely touch. We had dinner in the restaurant which was so nice, very intimate and the staff were so friendly. One of my party is a wheelchair user and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate. The breakfast the next morning was really nice and they even took it over to the bridemaids that were having their hair done in the rooms so they didn't miss out. I honestly can't thank all of the team at the Limes enough, you made the night before my wedding an amazing one and I will def be returning with my new husband. Thank you all

Excellent service from Annabelle and the chef (Gi) is superb. However, we asked for a quiet room but were put in a room facing Market Hill (very noisy). We moved to a quiet room round the back but it was dirty and mouldy (see photos). Hotel is a convenient location but if you want nicer rooms then stay at La Bouchon in Heybridge. I was supposed to get a call back from the manager about this but never did, which further shows that this place not well managed.

My husband booked a room for me and my best friend to stay at for my birthday. When we arrived we was greeted by staff and given our key. The room was lovely. It was clean, and well decorated. The room also had drinks and tea etc. thank you for a lovely stay.
