Dot Yates5 StarWe visited last week in search of three junior bridesmaid dresses and an adult bridesmaid dress for my maid of honour. The ladies were very welcoming and patient as they assisted with our dress shopping and we never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision. I left feeling indecisive about colours, but due to the waiting times on ordering dresses, I was welcomed back within the week (opening early) so that I could bring my wedding dress along to colour match with my bridesmaid dress choices... which has enabled me to order my dresses in time. Had I known about the wedding centre sooner, I would not have hesitated to come wedding dress shopping here, as I had already chosen my dress (from a designer that they stock anyway). Jade T5 StarGorgeous venue and the most relaxed bridal fitting experience! I'd been to a couple of other boutiques before visiting The Kent Wedding Centre and the difference was immeasurable - a huge range of dresses in a great variety of sizes, and lovely spacious changing rooms! Lesley was a star, really knowledgeable and made myself and my Maid of Honour feel super comfortable during our visit.Tuesday 24th August 2021
Sandra Mitchell5 StarPurchased my wedding dress a few years before my wedding then came Covid. Went to Delting Wedding fair this year and saw a lady from the Wedding center who told us about their fantastic seamstress. We made the appointment to see Fatima. What she did to my dress was amazing my dress was too big and she was able to make it look so wonderful nothing was too much my trouble I had a couple of fitting sessions and on the final fitting which was one week before the wedding I couldn’t have been more happier the dress was everything I wanted it to be and more and this was down to the skills of Fatima she is a real asset to the wedding center. She really to make her brides happy. Just a brilliant service would fully recommend this service from the Wedding center at the Hop FarmWednesday 3rd August 2022
Dave Wardle1 StarGreat Initial Service choosing my Suit, but downhill after placing order, long and short of it...Order placed in first week of May and requested ASAP, advised would have it all in 2 Weeks. Its middle of Aug, requested refund as full 3 piece not arrived, no apologies, no responsibility, no communication, not got energy to waste documenting it all, would welcome a call to discuss... ....my frustrations run further!Saturday 20th August 2022
Anonymous User1 StarMens Suits Section: Poor Quality, Over Priced and took months to receive full order, orders are written on scraps of paper and it’s all very chaotic, orders were provided in wrong sizes and even wrong items.. Products showcased in store aren’t those delivered, knocked off copies by cheap brands are provided. Very unresponsive once they have your money and rarely reply to emails. I’d avoid and look further afield.Thursday 19th May 2022
