Frederick5 StarVery welcoming pub. A fifteen minute walk from the moorings at Acle Bridge. Nice selection of beers and wine with pleasant service. I had the mince pie with mash which was excellent, my wife chose the chicken which again was cooked well. For dessert my wife had the pavlova which was of ample portion and I am reliably informed also delicious. Yes nice pub,nice food and pleasant staff, what’s not to like.Friday 11th March 2022

The pub does get busy, so if you are looking to eat there, I would recommend booking. There is an outside area to the front and sides. Highly recommended.Sunday 24th July 2022

Philip Levick5 StarOur first visit while we were in the area on holiday. A lovely village pub with friendly staff and a good selection of beers and wines. We also had a meal whilst there, the food was excellent I had the Chicken Katsu curry ( which was on the special board) .
