Ish did my balayage and I’m very happy with the colour and how refreshed my hair looks! He is great to talk to and, overall, the staff is very friendly. I’ve done my hair in other salons in Grays previously, but this one is definitely my favourite so far.

It pains me to give a bad review because all staff were so friendly. However, I would choose the stylist very carefully before getting a fringe cut, which is the only thing I can comment on. I did not get name of the stylist. She seemed nervous when cutting and unfortunately kept going for too long....it was wayyyy too short and it came out not cut very well either. It's taken a month to grow it to a decent length that I can wear as a fringe. I've had to pin it back all this time in shame. Now it's okay but still not really cut well. Again, I'm sorry to give a bad review and I'm sure the other stylists are great but I came away disappointed and ten pounds out of pocket.
