Didn’t complete the nail clip but still chargers the full whack and tried to justify but by saying it was part of the package and cheaper than paying individually. Cristina Ionescu1 StarIf I could give no star, I would. They gave my dog a clipper rash on his testicle that developed in a very nasty wound. He had to have a cone for more than 2 months and treatment and is still not fully healed. They didn't took any responsibility for that and now my dog is absolutely petrified of having a cut. If I could sue them, I will honestly do. Stay away from them.Friday 3rd July 2020
