Tracey Jones5 StarVisiting the area today we came across this little pub. As it was a lovely day we sat outside.
A very warm welcome had by the manager (( I think)) and all the staff there.
We ordered our food & drinks and wow it was amazing. Best roast I’ve had in a long time. I had the chicken supreme roast and my partner had beef roast. (( he also had a starter which just lovely))
We also had puddings too which were lovely.
So overall I would 100% say it’s worth going. Lovely and friendly and food is amazing!!Sunday 12th June 2022
Rick Smith5 StarLovely place with friendly professional staff, absolutely delicious food & decent range of all types of drinks. I didn't stay here but i believe they do have rooms to let. The pub has a small car park but, with some thought, it should be possible to park safely without causing any issues to other road users. The main thing was the delightful experience my aunt & i were treated to on our visit. Would definitely highly recommend 👍👏Monday 18th July 2022
Andy Wilson5 StarExcellent service although there was a very long wait for food. Table booked for 12.30 by the time we had ordered our food we were told 20 minutes wait but it turned out to be a lot longer.
Food was excellent.
Just be a aware there is a very small car park which holds around 6 cars so you have to park on the side of the road away from the Fox.
We had a disabled person and they also had to park down the road.
