Absolutely 5 star Gym, we attend many classes loads of fun whilst getting fit, made some new friends. Absolutely highly recommend. My daughter has Down Syndrome and the people whom run all different classes are amazing with her, she so looks forward to each and every class. Keep up the great work guys

An excellent gym offering fantastic classes. The team at the fitness factory are so friendly and genuinely care about your health and fitness. The child friendly classes mean I can exercise and my 5 month old can come along too. Highly recommend.

Been going here a few months now, gym is clean and has plenty of equipment, it gets busy when classes are on but rarely struggle to get on the equipment I want to use, staff are friendly and helpful. Parking available on site and water and lemon squash also available while using the gym

The Fitness Factory is more than just a gym and fitness centre. From the moment you step through the door, you’ll be met with friendly faces, knowledgeable staff and a feel good vibe. The gym is well equipped and split into three areas to cater for everyone, including children who have their own section just for them. A full range of classes are available for everyone, no matter their age or fitness level, with plenty of variety. Many classes can be enjoyed by the whole family and there are sessions exclusively for children, so adults can have some quality “me” time whilst their little ones are having fun and keeping fit. The whole vibe of The Fitness Factory is about enjoying yourself whilst keeping fit and no-one is ever judged. The staff are always on hand to answer questions, give advice and help create a personal training plan if required. It really is one big fitness family and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Try it out for yourself - there’s no contract or commitment and no hidden charges.
