Sean Alexander5 StarIf you ever want advice, this is the toy shop to be at! All the staff are ace! I've had a good laugh this weekend with a guy who works there, I'm always welcomed by the guy I always see behind the counter and in fairness it's this that brings me back.
Nothing beats exemplary customer service and this place is a benchmark!

Sally Steer5 StarWe visited the Burton branch on Monday and we were absolutely delighted with the helpful staff especially Holly who helped us choose our grandchildren's presents (which are now with Santa.)
