Such a lovely stay for 3 nights on a business trip - fantastic location for all shops and restaurants in King’s Lynn town centre. Parking is easy and the beds are so comfortable! All members of staff were courteous and helpful, especially Ashley (on the Reception desk). We are already looking forward to our next visit!

We got married here in 2014. Was such a special and memorable day. All our guests commented on how nice it was, how happy they were with their rooms, and how much they enjoyed it. The planner was wonderful and helped us make our plans unique and as we wanted it. The food was delicious. The only feedback I would have is that they could have done with extra bar staff as we had hundreds of guests to the evening function. Some even went over the road to the lattice house to buy drinks rather than wait. A day we will remember for the rest of our lives. Thank you.

Nice, clean rooms - very comfortable. The best part of this hotel is the staff - they are all so friendly and helpful! Special mention to Ashley on Reception who was so lovely and always asked how we were and how our day had been. He is a real asset to this hotel and I really hope management are reading this. He’s a credit to the Duke’s Head.

Stayed for one night. The staff are professional and friendly. Check in was easy. Breakfast was excellent the next morning, we had the bacon bap and the vegetarian breakfast as well as a few bits from the buffet. Decaff tea was available which was a bonus. The only niggle was the fact that the room is set to 24 degrees so even with the window opened to its fullest extent it gets hot in the night. Having stayed here before it was the only niggle then as well.

A bit shabby to be honest! Furnishings really need refreshing and the shower was more tepid than hot! Breakfast was included in the package I'd booked otherwise I would have had to pay over £12 for something that was positively poor! No black pudding although it was on the menu, bacon must have been left in the oven from 7am when they start serving breakfast. I went down at 9.30! Mushrooms were not seasoned and tastes bland. How easy is it to cook a decent breakfast! Overall disappointing! 😏
