Q. Are you insured?
A. Yes. The Dog Daycare Club is insured with specialist animal trade insurers. This insurance covers public liability, day care, custody, control and transportation of your dog.
Q. Are you licensed?
A. Yes. The Dog Daycare Club is licensed by Cheltenham Borough Council. License 18/01048/ABE.
Q. Can I meet with the team and see the facilities before sending my dog?
A. Yes. We would absolutely recommend that you do this. Come and see the wonderful facilities that we have to offer your dog and get a better understanding of what they will do with us.
Q. What happens if my dog doesn’t get along with another dog?
A. The Dog Daycare club has strict policies on only accepting social dogs, ensuring that all dogs will be happy in each others company.
Q. Do you accept entire males?
A. Puppies up until they are 1 year old. After this point we are unable to take them.
Q. Do I need to be home when you collect/ drop off my dog?
A. No. We are key holders for the majority of our clients. All members of staff who are responsible for collecting/dropping dogs home are DBS checked
Q. Will my dog be supervised at all times?
A. Yes. Your dog will be under constant supervision by their dedicated handler.
Q. Do I need to book regular days?
A. Yes. You will need to commit to regular days as spaces are limited. Minimum of 1 day per week. This also gives your dog the best opportunity to settle in and make the very most of his/her time with us.
Q. Can my dog stay at the club overnight?
A. No. Dogs cannot stay overnight at the club. We do offer home from home boarding so if you would like more information on this please ask.
Q. Do you offer daycare on the weekends and bank holidays?
A. The Club will be closed over the weekend and bank holidays, however we are able to offer group walks across these periods with The Dog Walker, again please ask for more details.

Steph5 StarFrom first meeting Nick to see where my dog Reggie would be spending his day, it was clear to see how invested and thoughtful they were from the get go. Reggie joined the team as a 7 month old energetic puppy and grew into a polite adult always coming home clean and tired. His at-home training was reinforced by the team and they also taught whistle recall which I have carried on at home. I received updates and pictures, and monthly training emails. The dogs receive mental and physical stimulation with games and off lead exercise, they make sure to group the dogs accordingly and I appreciated the ease of the pick up/drop off service - Reggie would be waiting by the door every morning and wouldn’t even look back! A caring, trustworthy team that you can rely on. Highly recommend.Monday 15th November 2021
Debra Maxwell5 StarSimply the best! Bryony, Nick and their fabulous team take the very best care of the dogs. The “packs” they create become the best of pals snd together they love the enrichment games, country walks, training sessions and human (and doggy) cuddles. From pick up to drop off they are professional, caring and obviously love the dogs. Our boy Magnus adores them all and is so excited every time he gets picked up. He is dropped off smelling fabulous and absolutely knackered! I would recommend them wholeheartedly - such a great bunch of people who care and love your dog as if they were their own. Exceptionnel service, especially the drop off and collection and they respond rapidly to any queries or concerns you have. We have been sending our dog to them twice a week for the past few months now and from the pictures they share of his time with them you can tell he is having a great time socialising with other dogs and roaming free in their secure enclosed fields! Photos are taken of the dogs and it’s great to see how well Jasmine enjoys herself. Not only allowing plenty of exercise but also some training as well. Happy Day5 StarOne of my dogs needs a lot of freedom to run. With so much land available she is in her element. The groups are selected with dogs that enjoy each other’s company. The games in the barn provide brain stimulation and exercise. All the staff are extremely caring and very professional with a lot of relevant experience. Having a door to door service is the icing on the cake, and you get regular updates on how your dog is doing. My girlie arrives home tired and very happy after the best days ever. Each session’s photos of all the dogs are on social media and it is great to see how much enjoyment and fun they have. I have worked in animal welfare for many years and can honestly say that Nick, Bry and all the staff are simply the best; taking extra care in the pandemic.
