Why is BEAUTY such a hot topic these days? Well there are influencers that have taken the lead in this industry, sharing and advising on hundreds of beauty topics. My take on beautiful skin is less makeup is good and looks more natural. A healthy diet and exercise is the way to go and of course regular monthly professional skincare treatment is highly recommended and incorporating a skincare regime is  imperative too.  Other treatments included in my BEAUTY range are gel nails  regular manicure/pedicure, waxing, tinting, and facials (anti-ageing, peel, and all holistic perfect for all skin types). The benefits of MASSAGE therapy are extraordinarily healing on numerous levels, especially on a physical aspect.  It also reduces headaches and targets the many layers of muscles that support the body and its functions.  Its healing relieves aches, pains, releases toxins and induces relaxation to the mind, body and in many cases helps to increase mobility to a specific area. Additionally in some instances regular MASSAGE treatments help to manage ongoing problems. The benefits of WELL-BEING therapies are phenomenal. Its primary focus is to assist the body to recognise and harmonise the body’s system ie., the brain, etc. The treatments in this category enhance equilibrium and address stress related issues ie., lethargic, deplete of energy, chronic headache, etc. The treatments in this classification include: reflexology, indian head massage, aromatherapy massage and hot stone massage.  I am also versed and qualified in aromatherapy and enjoy the integration element of the synergy of essential oils. This also creates the perfect atmospheric condition.

My first ever massage, Sandra was amazing, made me feel at ease, explained every step and made sure I was comfortable throughout the massage. I had really sore shoulders and neck from a car accident and now feel so much better, after this massage. I will be back.

Just had a neck, shoulder and back massage from the lovely Sandra . And oh my god it was goooooood 🤩 I was lucky enough to get a very last minute booking. Sandra is super professional and made me feel at ease, and welcomed. She worked her magic on my stubborn knots. The music and ambience in the room was just right too! The place very hygienic and tidy. I left feeling like a new woman - very zen. I’ll be back soon for more treatments. Highly recommended and just off the high street by Roberto’s Deli.

I am not quite sure how to start this review as I rarely do them but I am absolutely excited and elated with the service that Sandra provides, so felt I would be doing her service and others an injustice by not doing a review. I met Sandra through a mutual friend and decided to give her a try. I have to say after dealing with various health issues such as fatigue, muscle weakness and insomnia Sandra has helped significantly with reducing and or eliminating many of my symptoms. After having various types of massage and reflexology I have been able to sleep like a baby, helping me to feel restored! My muscles have also became stronger and rejuvenated after Sandra suggested deep tissue massage. This left me feeling as though I had done a workout a day or so later but feeling overall stronger as my muscles seem to come to life. This has also helped me to eliminate toxins from my body leaving me with an overall feeling of well-being!! I am also sleeping better with a better sleep hygiene. I also enjoy the sweet ambiance of soft jazz with a warm and clean environment. She also always has a beautiful arrangement of fresh roses in the room which I find welcoming and comforting. I live in London but believe making a journey to the Crystal Rooms is well worth it. Unfortunately I have not found this same experience in my neck of the woods. I salute you Sandra!!

I highly recommend The Crystal Rooms in St Neots- Sandra immediately made me feel totally relaxed & reassured that she could help my back pain. Within an hour I felt so much better (better than any massage I’ve had in years!). The most beautiful organic facial to follow left me totally renewed. I’ve already booked my next treatment! Had a massage which was amazing and Sandra was so friendly and just what I needed. The therapy room was perfect but I did find it a bit difficult to find. Will definitely book again, as the treatment was so good!
