We have six recently re-decorated bedrooms, wether you are staying for one night or seven, we will cater for your your needs with pleasure.

Just a three minute drive to Houghton Hall, fiifteen minutes from Royal Sandringham House and gardens , twenty minutes to the stunning Sandy beaches of the West Norfolk coast and twenty five minutes to The fabulous Holkham Hall Estate and Beaches of Holkham and Wells-next-the-sea.

Access to The Peddars way, the 46 mile walk, full of historical Intrigue , is just minutes away.

We cannot fault this beautiful pub with wonderful staff one bit. We have just stayed here for the weekend and from the moment we set eyes on this gorgeous village pub we felt at ease. It is exceptionally clean, very welcoming, and the staff were polite, welcoming, accommodating, fun and top class. Nothing was too much trouble for them, they even called us trying to remind us we had left one of our belongings. The food is out of this world. Contemporary twist on classic pub food, high end in flavour and design. Service was speedy and the staff went out of their way to make sure our dinner, breakfast and stay was perfect. The rooms are warm, cosy and comfortable, spacious showers and the views over the green are just stunning. Fantastic value for money too. We will 100% be back!

Lovely place and made very welcome. Parking not a problem. Evening meal in upstairs restaurant was beautiful and relaxing. Room very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing and you were able to mix n match. The only downside is that it is on the side of an A road so you could hear some traffic. But we are used to that luckily.

Stayed here earlier in March for my husbands belated big birthday from last year. We spent 2 nights here. Lovely clean and cosy room (which was doggy friendly). We ate here both evenings, again our dogs were with us. Food at dinner, and full English in the mornings were freshly cooked and delicious. Staff extremely friendly and attentive. Nothing to fault. Keep up the great work Team Crown. We will be back.

For my wife and I it was perfect. The area is very quiet, perfect for a relaxing time. We were in room 4. A lovely large room. Big enough for us both and our Bichon Daisy. We had three lovely days. Breakfast was excellent and choice was great. We had our evening meal each evening and all three were top class. In fact the pork dish was one of the best I've had anywhere. Staff were helpful and very friendly. I can recommend The Crown.
