J Thomas4 StarFood was fine except potatoes were hard. Was advised that another customer had given the same feedback but chef had said they were supposed to be al dente. Some potatoes were raw in the middle.
I suggested they tell chef that if he wants to provide al dente potatoes he should:
a) advise this on the menu and,
b) ensure his potatoes are all the same size to ensure a consistent product.
Roasted Carrots were also al dente, they were very tasty but too hard.
Nice piece of seabass, good pie, fab Chardonnay
Pleasant staff.
