Bang Reception 11 StarPopped in yesterday to get a cut, was met by a lady and man who just stared at me, no greeting. I asked if i cold get a cut to which the reply was "have you got an appointment?" (Not a sole in the shop and sign says walk in welcome) i said no and could i just get a cut. The man replied he had an appointment in half hour so can't do. I just said no thanks and left. made me feel extremely uncomfortable and embarrassed. Won't be returning.Friday 6th August 2021
