AdventureSquish x4 StarThe staff are so friendly and it’s a lovely little shop but I’ve given 4* as I’ve noticed a lot of empty shelves when I’ve gone in there lately. Fridges and freezers all stocked but it tends to be the sweets and biscuits that look a little empty. There’s a cash point here as well!Monday 6th December 2021

Nichola Roberts5 StarI had been treated quite poorly from a nearby Spar shop regarding a parcel which they refused to take and they told me to take it to Co op. This led me to telephone Co op Ladygrove to ask if they would take it. Upon speaking with Paula, she was so kind and without hesitation said "bring it along, I'll take it for you" so I did. When I arrived the customer service level I received from all staff was absolutely unique, Paula was extremely helpful, polite and sympathetic towards me for the way I had been treated at the Spar store. Pete Pris1 StarStaff member a lady was reducing merchandise today 19/04 at 14.45 and I asked her if I could help myself. She abruptly told me it was for herself and I could only take 1 pack of chicken. She had about 4 packets There was also sausages and I asked for one and she said no it’s for me. As a loyal customer to co op I do not think this is fair.There was also other stuff in her trolley she was reducing all for her. What good is it to reduce merchandise if us the customer can not benefit.Friday 19th April 2019
