Been using the Chase for years. Cant beat its value for money. Nice food. Nice staff. Sporting events on big screens and a nice garden for the summer. What more do you want. 👍🏻👍🏻Matt-am was brilliant with our son. He cant wait to come back again. 🍻🍻

This pub has had its fair share of ups & downs with food quality & standards. If you haven’t visited in a while, I think you should! The Team are very welcoming & friendly, and the food is great value for money.. with an offer on daily. Well done Team Chase! Keep it up!

Had a lovely early evening meal with friends. Lovely food and really good value. The visit was made more so enjoyable by our server Karen. Very attentive, checked we were all ok with what we had and just generally looked after us. Looking forward to returning. Thanks the Chase / Karen

Took the family and the ordering was easy and the staff friendly and helpful accommodating our quirky changes to the norm. The food arrived quickly and hot and everyone enjoyed what they had. The desserts were great, I had Eton mess which was plentiful and delicious. My two grandsons and their dad had the chocolate sundae which was full of all sorts of delights and wolfed down in double quick time. My wife had the chocolate fudge with cream and ice-cream. Again delicious and my son just beat me to finishing off what she couldn't! All in all an excellent meal at a very reasonable price, £100 for six of us with mains, desserts and drinks, including three repeat drinks, £16.50 a head on average and three of the meals included steak. A very pleasant evening with six well satisfied appetites. To be recommended.

Haven't been to The Chase for years, so decided to do a walk which stopped at the pub. Had excellent beer and a bag of crisps. Friendly staff and good service. Will have to return for a proper meal soon 🍻
