The Catherine Wheel is a family-run venue in the beautiful village of Bibury offering you great service in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Since 2009 our aim has been to use fresh, locally-sourced ingredients and to serve flavorful, appetising food which is all made by hand and partnered with a wide selection of quality wines, beers and beverages. Whether you decide to cosy up next to a fire or enjoy the sunshine in our gorgeous garden, there’s something for everyone. A lovely meal. The chef & staff were so accommodating with my sons allergies. He is free from gluten, wheat, dairy, soya (& a few random things too) they cooked him plain chicken & chips & then a raspberry sorbet & strawberries. The food we all had was wonderful & very deserving of 5 stars. Next time we are visiting we will be back! Thank you.

Cute place! Recommended here after reading a travel blog. It was nice to be out of the main restaurant in the village center. The staff were nice. We ordered the "Charcuterie" type board and goat cheese salad. They are dog friendly!

We visited the pub resturant for the first time today. The staff were very accommodating as we hadn't booked! The food was amazing the roast was the best pub roast we have had in a long time, very good value for money. We will definitely be visiting again

This place is great. Our son dropped his ice cream bowl on the floor and not only did they clear it up with no fuss they brought him a new one free of charge. And when we called last minute saying we were going to be late for a booking they couldn’t have been more relaxed, despite it being Father’s Day and busy. Thanks everyone, it really is appreciated!

Jus wow. We had the roast lunch and it was amazing. Visited the venue on a Sunday, after 4 PM and was pleasantly surprised that they were still serving food. The roast dish came in a very big plate, which was full and plenty of food. The vegetables and the meat were great. They have a very lovely garden and the staff is really helpful. Will definitely get back.

We stumbled in here with two dogs and a baby. Soaked from a downpour instead of funny looks we were welcomed. The beer was lovely and the fish and chips very tasty. How can they do better? Lack of vegan options is a weakness, and the fish and chips should come with more tartar sauce. Can't mark them down for that though. Staff were top class.
